Entendible : SI. Fácil : No. Es dificil tener que repartir el tiempo que dedicabas a tu pareja con otra persona; es mas difícil aún si el "intruso" no es familiar tuyo. Pero se puede poner peor cuando el tercero en cuestion no es lo mas amable del mundo.

Dos son compañía, tres son multitud...de ahi en adelante haz cuentas.
Lamentable o afortunadamente, además de casarnos con una persona, nos casamos tambien con su entorno familiar, su pasado y sus vivencias...que, queramoslo o no, vienen en el "KIT".
Sabes lo cuadriculado que soy por eso, en tu caso yo...
1. Reglas claras, cuanto tiempo se va a quedar el personaje (o personaja), esa cantidad de dias o meses es INMODIFICABLE una vez acordada.
2. Nada en mi habitualidad cambia... si quiero besar a mi marido en la sala lo hago, si quiero que me ayude a lavar la loza, pues él lo hace y asi sucesivamente.
3. No soy mucama de nadie, si el familiar no esta acostumbrado...sorry, (va a sonar feo) el arrimado no soy yo y "en mi casa juegas con MIS reglas".
4. Las opiniones del "invitado" son solo eso, opiniones. Si queremos un terapeuta de pareja lo conciliamos mi marido y yo.
5. Las reglas del hogar no se cambian ni un solo ápice y solo se revisan si mi marido y yo estamos de acuerdo...el invitado?...es eso un "INVITADO".
No le gusta?... Estoy seguro que puede encontrarse un mejor lugar para vivir que no sea en mi hogar.

Bueno la situación que planteas es algo qie yop he vivido, y el punto es muy claro, en mi casa mando yo y alq ue no le guste ahi esta la puerta.
Asi que de acuerdo 100% con el Joker, reglas claras, con la pareja y con el invitado, si el sobrino necesitado necesita, vale se le ayuda pero no se le mantiene, es obligacion del anfitiron tratar al recien llegado como un principe, y es obligacion del invitado recordar que no lo es.
De otro lado, nada debe cambiar por la aparicion de un tercero, uno no construye un nidito de amor para que otro venga y lo haga un revuelto de mierda y paja, uin nido de amor no es un bien público. Siguiendo las reglas claras se peude sobreviri a un tercero en la casa, nunca en la cama.
Tercero, coraje, si en algun momento la cosa se vuelve invivible, mas temprano que tarde se debe cortar por lo sano, asi el marido se emberraque, mejor colradfo un momentico que palido toda la vida.

En cuanto al post: si bien no soy tan cuadriculado como mi querido jokercito jeje (fresco no es varillazo, el me ha escuchado decirselo con cariño pero de frentico!) creo que la situación es clara, el invitado es el otro por ende corresponde a él/ella adaptarse a la nueva condición que la vida le impone. De todos modos conviene cierto nivel de flexibilidad según la cercanía del "invitado" con quien habite la casa (no pesa lo mismo sobrino adolescente y barroso que mamá con artritis y sin pensión) porque de otra manera estaríamos poniendo entre la espada y la pared a quien tuviera el parentesco.
